Match Report

We traveled to Clonmel Celtic for our latest league game having dropped two points in our last game it was vital that we got three points from this one, we started very well and dominated most of the early exchanges but we couldn't make our dominance tell on the scoreboard then after twenty minutes we feel behind, to our credit we regained control and equalised right on the stroke of half time when Shane Murphy finished off a great through ball from Eoin Byrne.
The second half was a very even affair with no team able to gain control, the home team regained the lead on the hour mark, to our credit we responded to that blow and found ourselves level once again with twenty minutes left when Seamus Reid headed home Cormac Crowe corner we pushed hard for the rest of the game for the winner and with five minutes left we found it when Shane Murphy cooly finished a Robin Fogarty through, we saw out the remainder of the game with little alaarm for three vital points.
