The u14s capped off an excellent season with a 4-0 win to bring home the Tipp Cup for 4th time in 5 seasons. The boys got off to a good start with David Finnane scoring after 8mins, the game saw several half chances for both sides before Finnane hit the net again just before to break to settle the team. Finnane set up Joshua Keanes headed goal 5mins after the restart and then completed his hat trick and sealed the win with 15mins to go. A solid defence with GK Bartosz Operha and led by the referees Man of the Match Tom Kirwan, along with Keelan Hickey Aaron Murphy (Dion Buckley) Kieran Davis (Cormac Looby) kept Peake Villa's attack at bay while the Park midfield of Captain Ian Flannery Gerry Cronin and sub Mickey o Connor kept the attacks going with their passing and possession football, Wingers Stephan Duggan (Lorcan Blake) Jamie Fitzgerald (Liam Casey), and forwards David Finnane(3) and Joshaua Keane(1) were a constant handfull for Villa's Defence.
