A great result for the team. Cahir pressed from the whistle with the slope in our favour. Following a foul in the box early on which Graham duly converted, Cahir continued to press and William, following good work from Keelan and Stephen in centre midfield and Ryan and Roisin out on the right and left, got his rewards for his movement with a quick double. Cahir were not finished however and Graham added a second just before half time. HT 4-0. Now playing up the slope, Cahir were put under some early pressure and but for some stout defending by the back 4 consisting of Daragh, Dylan, James and Gavin, could have conceded more than the one they did. Wojtek couldn't however be blamed for the wicked deflection that eventually beat him and this woke the Cahir players up again. The goal of the game came next when Graham converted a free kick from 25 yards straight into the top corner. Roisin was next up on the scoresheet being rewarded for her tireless work up and down the pitch. With the match over as a contest, Cahir continued to pour forward and were rewarded with further goals from Ryan, William and sub. Jack who was unlucky to have a second called offside. This was their best performance of the year. They worked for each other and passed well. Well done
