Match Report

We entertained Rock Rovers in the league, in a game where the three points were vital for both teams it got off to a very scrappy start with neither team able to gain control of affairs, after fifteen minutes the game came to life when Shane Murphy headed home a Keith Mcguire cross to put us one up, we gained complete control of the game from the next ten minutes but couldn't get the second that we deserved, on the half hour mark we were hit by a sucker punch when the visitors equalised, that seemed to knock the wind out of our sails and we went behind right on the stroke of half time.
Into the second half and we upped the pace of our play in an effort to get level but despite dominating for long periods we couldn't find our way through' with twenty minutes remaining we got our deserved equaliser when Shane Murphy finished after been found by a cross field ball from Graeme Keane, try as we might for the remainder of the game we couldn't find a winner as the game finished two each.
